Lisbon Valley Mining Company’s Safety Manager shared the following message with mine personnel on August 10, 2022:
“LVMC Management is excited to announce the achievement of reaching 1 million man hours and 2,689 days without a lost time accident! This accomplishment is something that every individual at LVMC should be extremely proud of and is also evidence of every employee’s dedication to our core safety values.
While reaching this milestone is a tremendous and well-earned feat, we need to continue forward with commitment, consistency, and focus to be one of the safest mines in the industry.”
